Happy with the product not happy with customer care
I reached out with multiple emails and also sent the same message on social media about an issue that I was having with the cost of the hats that I purchased. They went on sale like two days after I purchased the hat, and I felt that I should be reimbursed the sale price of the hats. But regardless, if the company can honor that or not at the very least a reply to my messages, seems like the professional thing to do.
In terms of the product, the hats are great. I love them dearly.
