Yes — from your account dashboard you can pause, swap flavors, change cadence, or cancel anytime.
How do I return or exchange something?
Use our self-serve Returns Portal — enter your order number and shipping ZIP for a free return label. Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Full policy on the Shipping & Returns page.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Every order is protected by Redo Package Protection. File a claim through the Returns & Claims Portal with your order number and shipping ZIP — we’ll replace or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship internationally via USPS and FedEx. Duties and taxes aren’t collected at checkout and are determined by your local customs office on arrival.
